Child Safety Standards

Aglow has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to the Aglow app on iOS, Android and the web, operated by Aglow Life LLC, and to everything posted on it, including videos, audio messages, group messages, profiles and events. They are part of our Terms.

1. Who Can Use Aglow

Aglow is intended only for users ages 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it and close the account. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information without consent can contact us to request deletion.

2. What Is Prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited on Aglow:

3. What We Do

Every video reported in the app is sent to our team for review. When we find or are told about CSAE, we remove the content, permanently ban the accounts involved, and preserve the evidence. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and cooperate with law enforcement in the U.S. and elsewhere.

4. How to Report

You can report a video without leaving the app from that video's options. To report anything else, or to tell us more, email [email protected] with "child safety" in the subject. We review every child safety report.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. You can also report CSAM directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.

5. Contact

Our child safety point of contact can be reached at [email protected], or by mail at Aglow Life LLC, 1770 Post Street, PO Box #140, San Francisco, CA 94115.
