account deletion

you can delete your aglow account and its data at any time. there are three ways to do it: right here on this page, in the aglow app, or by emailing us. deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

option 1: delete your account here

sign in with the phone number tied to your aglow account, then confirm deletion. your account and content are deleted immediately.

option 2: delete in the aglow app

1. open the aglow app and go to the camera screen
2. tap the "⋯" menu
3. choose "account stuff"
4. choose "delete my stuff"
5. confirm — your account and content are deleted immediately and this cannot be undone

option 3: request deletion by email

1. email [email protected] with the subject "account deletion"
2. include the phone number tied to your aglow account so we can locate it
3. we may reply to verify that you own the account before deleting it
4. once verified, we delete your account and data and send you a confirmation

what gets deleted

deleting your account removes your profile, contacts, and the video and audio content you've shared on aglow. records of ticket purchases and other transactions may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our privacy policy.
